Virginia will host SACRAO 2020 in Alexandria, February 2^nd-5^th. Since we have this amazing opportunity to learn from peers all over the south, VACRAO will not be hosting our annual conference in December 2019. 

We will still have a VACRAO meeting, just done a little differently.  We are encouraging our VACRAO membership to attend SACRAO and as part of your SACRAO experience, you will be able to join us for the VACRAO at SACRAO meeting for no additional cost.  VACRAO at SACRAO will include lunch, the business meeting, a guest speaker, and our favorite admissions and registrar cracker barrels.

The VACRAO at SACRAO meeting will be on Sunday, February 2^nd with check-in beginning at 11 am.  More details on how to register for VACRAO at SACRAO will be available once SACRAO conference registration opens! 

For planning purposes please note that we will return to having a VACRAO conference in December of 2020 at the Stonewall Jackson Hotel in Staunton, Virginia.
